Since Spring's invitation by End Of The Trail for TheZineUK to witness cool sets filmed by Roobi TV, we've seen the rapid rise of their weekly online TV show, GET ON! - and the increasing influence of it's alumni since it's end-of-April launch.
This Summer, united in sporting excitement, Britain went full blown nutzy and divided as Plague Island was exposed for the bigot hell it can be. We NEEDED to lose that historic, talent affirming football match finale.
True Gr8 Britain's good heart rallied round and won something bigger. Sporting sport and the arts mirror our (often!) positive world image. Selfservatives can't stand that.
The fake buffoon at 10 Drowning Street declared a 'Freedom Day' to wash their hands of the “bodies piling high” and tighten dystopia's hold. Here's hoping artists and venues can survive 2021 to unite and uplift us.
The weekend just before that date, Roobi.TV’s (high end audiovisual) creativity became gigs at arts cross breeding hub, Amersham Arms - with an audience. Lockdown had kept us in our own locality, let alone our own homes, for most of 2020-2021. I appreciate witnessing these shows. Some wonderful talents discovered and friends reconnected.

It's almost (almost ) 'Almost Famous' when an expanding network of skint dreamers have adventures that live the dream - even for a few hours on a show day.
At time of uploading some of the July memories, many music lovers are coming down from a busy buzzy September weekend that included gigs and festivals - medicinal escapism from the stressful shite of Brexit reality. Amidst pandemic sorrows and fear, we take joy wherever we can get it.
Wishing the very best for all the people on our pages (some getting recognised from them in public, too - we might be doing something right! Who knows?)
