fleshtetris

Genre-mashing the best bits of electronica, indie rock, post punk, disco and new wave, fleshtetris have created a movement all of their own colourful making. See the video for Slimy Garnish!

Emerging as one of the coolest bands on the planet, they’re catchy as a nail on a pair of fishnets and already earning a reputation as one of the UK’s most dynamic live acts.

Their musical wares have also earned the respect of international tastemakers such as legendary US DJ Rodney Bingenheimer.  Festive faves - and on Italian TV this month.

TheBigBadSad.

(All one word, full stop at the end)

Gloom rock for fans of loud noises, outsiders, rock n roll cowboys from the Wild West (Hades, Somerset) and the weirder side of Scott Walker. Cultural shift proportions of nagging guitar licks, darklord vocals, pulsing gothic rhythms.

Hear! Spotify. See! video clip of recent BritRock thrill ‘Cream’ (live), January 2024, Bristol Louisiana.

Mid March 2014

TheZineUK planted creative cross breeding and seeding with a picture book upload (Music, Fashion, Film and on the last page, the awesome teen rock band, Floodliners in Amersham Arms during the filming of TryLifeTV, photographed by Rupert Hitchcox.

Who What When Where Why?

Passion and tips inspire our (press-release free) content. It’s a tune and performance thing. Mostly unprivileged, some of our faves have gone on to mainstream/trendy media. The extra exposure gives them a boost. Life’s not easy for hard working but skint lives held together by gaffer tape, sofa-surfing and missed meals to exist as any facet of the entertainments world at grassroots level.

Major and/or cult potential, independent venues/festivals and visionary allies are just about surviving. On that level, we report from our adventures in the midst of this mayhem, building relationships and stories with appreciation to the industry/media at all levels, who are on side.

Zeenagers Expo

An all backgrounds anomoly in a world of the brash, the fash and those with the cash - but our #FertileEnvironment is working anyway. A wealth of credible talent and alliance to celebrate. Hopefully you will meet / profile / hire and/or connect with some of our cast, cats and crew over the next year.

Mid-March 2024

Joyful events of love and respect for the cast, cats and crew of this whimsical, situationist and sociable multi-media community.
