Impressing TheZineUK doc (among so many more, last year)), the stylish Midlands four-piece keep stepping up, it brings balance just when the nation feels like it’s stepping down. ‘Long Gone Silver’ is raging glamour at decibels.

Think major potential and you’re on the right track. ‘Long Gone Silver’ sounds main stage Reading Festival and looks like a prime time TV treat. In an ideal world they’d be everywhere already.
It’s 2021 and the world is anything but ideal but we do have bands, that would be household names in a parallel dimension, and Y!KES are one of them, making their own, organic (and therefore more interesting and adventurous) way.
